TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order on our website or over the phone with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before purchasing. We may update these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be posted here.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues. If an order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We will do our best to ship your order timely. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delays or damage during transit are outside our control. 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

DCS offers technical support to the original purchaser for up to 24 months from the purchase date. Technical support is limited to the parts that DCS sells and installation of said parts. Support is offered to help with general installation questions and product use. We do not provide full mechanical diagnostics or guarantee that our advice will resolve every issue.

MISSING PARTS

If you have missing parts or items that may have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please understand time is of the essence when filing a claim for a missing or damaged part. You assume all responsibility for missing or damaged parts if you do not contact us within the 14-day period after receipt.

RETURNS

We know things don’t always go as planned — wrong part, changed plans, or the truck build takes a different direction. Our goal is to make returns simple and fair while protecting the quality of the products we ship. If something isn't going smoothly with the product you purchased from us, contact us. Our dedicated sales and technical support team are here to assist you.

 

These guidelines explain how returns and exchanges work so you know exactly what to expect.

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of the invoice date. All returned product(s) must be in new, uninstalled, and re-sellable condition. Parts that have been installed, scratched, modified, returned greasy or dirty, or damaged in return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged. Non accepted returns will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.

 

To begin the returns and exchange process, contact us at sales@dieselconversion.com or call us at 320-440-2900. We will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA document. The RMA number should be written outside of packaging and a completed RMA document should be included in the package. The issuance of an RMA number does not represent an approval of a return or warranty claim. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Items being exchanged may not be subject to a restocking fee. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fee of 15%. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

Any parts deemed to be defective by DCS must be returned to DCS prior to shipping replacement parts. See the RMA process regarding returns. The replacement part will be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping may be possible at the customer’s expense.

 

Some products not manufactured by DCS include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s process. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications is not covered.

NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY POLICY

DCS issues a limited warranty on parts that are manufactured by DCS. These parts are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty coverage begins on the date the product arrives to the original purchaser.

 

This Limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not assignable or otherwise transferable. DCS offers no warranties, either express or implied, beyond this Limited Warranty. Products destroyed or damaged due to abuse or abnormal use are not covered under this Limited Warranty.  

 

Final warranty determination will be at the sole discretion of DCS Management.  DCS will not be responsible for (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or any other incidental charges such as towing, roadside assistance, loss of time, loss of income, lodging etc.; or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product sold by DCS.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OF CUSTOM PARTS AND INFORMATION

Intellectual property rights laws may apply to parts we offer. If we suspect anyone has violated these laws by copying our parts, we will pursue legal action to the fullest extent the law allows, which may include damages or restitution.

ENVIRONMENTAL DISCLAIMER

Parts we offer for sale to make engine conversions possible may not be legal for sale or use in California, or other states, on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle. Buyers of these parts assume all responsibility in regard to federal and state emissions laws governing motor vehicles. It is the responsibility of the customer to check local and federal laws that may apply to your conversion before purchasing or installing.
