OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OF CUSTOM PARTS AND INFORMATION
Intellectual property rights laws may apply to parts we offer. If we suspect anyone has violated these laws by copying our parts we will pursue legal action to the fullest extent the law allows, which may include damages or restitution.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized prior to return with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, these fees cannot be determined until we receive and inspect the parts. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender freight collect. Returns will not be authorized after 90 days of invoice. We do not accept returns of new engine mounts, tach rings, or electrical parts. In addition, buyers that orders incorrect parts via the website without talking with a Sales Technician are responsible for any and all shipping costs with returning or exchanging for the correct parts.
MISSING PART CLAIMS
If you have parts missing or items that may have been damaged during shipping please contact us within 14 days of receipt! Please understand time is of the essence when filing a claim for a missing or damaged part. You assume all responsibility for missing or damaged parts if you do not contact us within the 14 day time period after receipt.

Customer Service
Please tell us if you feel you have received unsatisfactory service or goods. It is in your best interest to give us an opportunity to hear your complaint so we can be fair with you by rectifying any mistake we may have made. We will make every reasonable effort to correct our mistake according to your needs. We are not responsible for incorrect orders made on our website, or parts that are ordered with incorrect information you provide.
SHIPPING POLICY
We require an adult signature for all shipments. We often ship conversion kits in multiple packages and you are responsible to make sure you receive all packages before you sign. If an adult is not available to sign for your delivery, you must request a waiver from us to get your shipment without a signature. If a ‘no signature’ package is lost or damaged you assume all loss.
NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY POLICY
We guarantee the parts we manufacture to withstand breakage or abnormal wear for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase. Damage due to extreme use such as racing, pulling contests, or collisions are excluded from this warranty. Also excluded from this warranty is damage due to incorrect installation procedures, including loose fasteners, and misalignment due to missing or damaged dowel pins or other parts that have alignment purposes. All claims are subject to review and inspection of parts by a representative of Diesel Conversion Specialists. Claims must be submitted via email or regular mail and must include a printed copy of this policy (you should receive a copy of this document with your parts- call if you did not), and pictures including a full description of the failure. Correspondence must be emailed or postmarked within 3 business days of the failure to be eligible for review. All engines, and parts that are not manufactured by Diesel Conversion Specialists are excluded from this warranty; warranties for these items are extended separately with other documentation. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and the replacement or repair of the defective part only, per our discretion. Diesel Conversion Specialists shall not be held liable for consequential damages or losses- including, but not limited to- labor to repair and diagnose, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.
ENVIRONMENTAL DISCLAIMER
Parts we offer for sale to make engine conversions possible may not be legal for sale or use in California, or other states, on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle. Buyers of these parts assume all responsibility in regard to federal and state emissions laws governing motor vehicles. Please check local and federal laws that may apply to your conversion before ordering.
